Week 8. I Can Be What I Will To Be

We are a third of the way through the program.  How time flies when you are having fun.

I am learning about the law of forgiveness and how liberating it can be.  The law of substitution and how it has helped me greatly handle my negative thoughts.  The law of relaxation and what it really means to relax–this has been a very foreign concept for me–for someone that has been called “intense.”  It is a real challenge to free your mind.  Then there is the law of practice and yes, practice does make perfect it just takes a great deal of practice.  Those overnight successes actually took ten years.  🙂  And then the law of dual thought and picking the feeling that goes with the thought.

I was telling m wife Coralie that these concepts could be used by any therapist, teacher, coach or manager to great success.  Actually I am surprised that these are not used by more therapist.  Actually I know the answer. They would actually heal people and their client pool would dry up, that’s why.

As I think about “I can be what I will to be”  Your will is a powerful thing when harnessed properly.  Most of us don’t have a clue as how to do that.  MKMMA is helping us see and understand exactly that, how to understand and harness our subby to help us achieve our purpose.
